You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or a fitness pro to begin. You just need to show up. We’ll handle the rest, guiding you with care, encouragement, and a whole lot of good vibes.

These include a pre-assessment to understand your body, goals, and tailor the experience to your needs.

Pre-Assessment & Progress Tracking
On your first private session with us, we’ll conduct a pre-assessment to gain an understanding of your posture, movement and mobility. This helps us support you safely and effectively as you begin your Pilates journey.
With this insight, we can design a plan tailored to your needs and goals. As you progress, we’ll continue tracking your improvements, making sure each step helps you grow stronger and confident.
