Our classes are designed around different ways of practicing—whether you prefer one-on-one guidance or enjoy moving alongside others.
Each option below offers a clear structure and level of support, so you can choose what fits you best.
Group Session
Group sessions offer a small-group setting where you can move at your own pace while practicing alongside others.
Classes are designed to be approachable and multi-level, with guidance provided throughout to support proper form and exercise.
Group sessions are a suitable option if you’re comfortable practicing in a group environment, whether you’re new to Pilates or continuing your practice.
If you're fairly new to Pilates, we suggest starting with our three (3) private or Essence or Mindful Flow class to get familiar with the movements. Once you feel comfortable of the Pilates basics, you can move on to the next level when you're ready.

Essence
Total Beginner & All Levels
Essence is the foundation of your Pilates practice, designed for all levels. Whether you're starting out, revisiting the basics, or looking for a steady, feel-good session, this class builds core strength, fundamental exercises and body awareness for a strong foundation. It also lays the groundwork for more intermediate classes ahead, while offering space for experienced practitioners to fine-tune their practice
Mindful Flow
Beginner - Progression
Mindful Flow is all about moving with ease, releasing tension, and feeling good in your body. This full-body workout emphasizes smooth, controlled movements to enhance flexibility and mobility while keeping the experience light and enjoyable.
Align & Strengthen
Intermediate
This full-body workout class is all about building strength with precision. With a focus on posture, core activation, and proper alignment, this class helps you build strength from the inside out. Through steady, intentional exercises, you’ll improve stability, refine movement quality, and feel more connected to your body.
Balance & Control
Intermediate
Find your center and build stability in this full-body workout designed to improve coordination, control, and body awareness. Through dynamic movements, you'll enhance balance and steadiness with slow, intentional exercises that engage your core and refine control.
Jumpboard
Strictly Intermediate
A blend of strength and cardio that’s gentle on the joints and energizing for the body, all while staying rooted in Pilates principles.
Note : For a safe and effective session, jumpboard classes are best recommended for intermediate levels already.
Private Session
Private sessions offer one-on-one guidance in a dedicated room, allowing for focused attention and a pace that’s right for you.
Your first session includes a pre-assessment to better understand your body’s needs, and we continuously track your progress to ensure steady improvement.
Each session is guided with care, with adjustments made along the way to support your form, movement, and comfort.
This session is ideal if you’re starting Pilates, returning after a break, managing an injury, or looking for more personalized support.
Private Sessions allow access to full equipment : Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector

Pre-Assessment & Progress Tracking
Before your first private session, we’ll conduct a pre-assessment to gain an understanding of your movement and mobility.
This helps us support you safely and effectively as you begin your Pilates journey. With this insight, we can design a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
As you progress, we’ll continue tracking your improvements, making sure each step helps you grow stronger and more confident.

Duo Session
Our semi-private or duo classes are perfect for pairs who want to work out at the same time with similar fitness goals and needs. Whether it’s a friend, couple, or a mom-and-daughter bonding date, these sessions are designed to help you move, connect, and grow together.
This format offers shared guidance while allowing both participants to move at their own pace.
