Classes at Essentia are structured to suit different needs and experience levels, whether it’s one-on-one guidance, duo or group sessions. Private sessions include pre-assessments and progress tracking for a tailored approach. Group classes are offered in multiple levels, allowing you to move at your own pace and preferred level.
Group Session
Our group classes are designed for up to four participants, offering personalized guidance from the instructor. Each session allows you to move at your own pace, with options suitable for all levels.
Duo Session
Our semi-private classes are ideal for pairs—friends, couples, or mother-daughter duos—with shared fitness goals, offering a focused, goal-oriented session while enjoying the experience together.
